ONGOING ADMINISTRATIVE HELP
No need to worry about your ongoing property administration ! Professionals from our team are there to make your life easier… We manage all those tedious tasks and contact the various people and necessary organisations (tenant, bank, notary, mortgage provider, local authorities, accountants….)
For example, we check up on the progress of your affairs with the tax authorities, accountants, and make sure that they are up to date (declaration, payments of taxes or fees) If your rental income is late unjustifiably, we will help you to come to an agreement with the management company to be paid. If you wish, we can also look after the drafting official documents for you, like invoicing the management company for your rent.
We translate the various documentation that you will receive in French as you go along. It is often difficult to manage this type of administration on one’s own country, let alone another country with where all paperwork arrives in a foreign language!
